I don't see you being a speaker in the Real Estate guru* circuit in your future.* Funnily enough, Dave Ramsey seems to have the opposite view - OK to have a mortgage on your own home (he has SOME realistic views), but only pay cash for everything else including investment properties.

If I'm not mistaken, Tapan is a member and currently is the coordinator of the club.Last month's meeting was guest speaker Gary DiGrazia from the Bay Area and was discussing probate's.

It is free, no selling speakers, and will be presented by a commercial mortgage broker. 

At our local REIA the other day we had a speaker that claims if a deal is done properly Arizona Law prevents the lender from imposing the Due on Sale Clause.Is anyone familiar with what I's have to be dotted and t's crossed to make this work?

I think she just started them back up again last summer, but you can tell she puts a lot of time into setting these up and getting a speaker.  

@Lauren Finn yes, I'll definitely be there and would be happy to talk with you there or meet with you sometime.I often run a little late getting to the meeting and sometimes get stuck outside the main room talking to people, while the beginner section goes on, but I almost always stand up during the members section and am available during the break between the beginner section & main speaker, and then again at the end of the evening for general networking of course.
