Foundation is block foundation with a crawlspace underneath as shown in the photo's below. - Comments from the vendors inspector: "Condition: The ceiling structure is invisible but the structure has moved on the 3floors and generates a level problem towards the center of the building.

It's a tricky place because homes may often end up with foundation issues there due to the soil, so I'd only look for homes there that are within 5 years old (and still do a foundation inspection).

Our soil is largely made of clay and our temperatures while mostly moderate have extreme cold and heat within shorter periods of time.
