@Bryan H.Geez, our society really made the young people believe that everything is a hybrid of some sorts. :)This is not a hybrid, it is a rental property that you rehabbed prior to placing in service.

This was not a low-income tenant, but it was a tenant who had come up from a low-income childhood, and it was a landlord who had no significant real-world experience with that segment of society.  

As a society we define levels of theft according to seriousness - a kid stealing a candy bar versus Bernie Madoff - but we have pretty clear definitions of what is theft.

I don't mind being out a few buck to make sure I don't get a 5 million dollar judgement because of our litigious society and have no way because I had some kind of cobbled together policy.

I am cautiously for this plan , but know we have a long way to go to make health care work in our society.

Insurance companies are good at getting out of paying but also in our litigious society it protects against when insurance isn't enough or isn't covered. 

An Ostrich society.

Just because Dan Gilbert made a tiny bubble that somewhat resembles a functioning society doesn't mean the city is back. 

Some people just don't care about their effect on society as long as they are making a buck. 

As a non-profit I'm suppose to help benefit society.
