They are saying that they are 'beseiged' with calls from LA County residents wanting to relocate out of state....to AZ (mostly).

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

So I ended up using 0% interest business credit cards which I liquidated to purchase and renovate my property (total credit limit of about $95k total).

In the 2024 insurance market, CA is hard to place, so even though you could force them onto a single policy, it may be more economical to keep them separate.I'll send you a note with the carriers who can do this for you.
