there are so many variations and options, that's what a good CPA is needed for.whether your a private subcontractor - i know my fiance does graphic artist "side jobs" that her CPA just takes into account writes off the "maximum" amount allowed by the irs rules.that's poor business to me.

Your best bet is to attend a local REIA.Sometimes, you will find a CPA or two attend those events.You can also ask the other attendees on who they use.Normally, you will find CPA's that are within your State or a surrounding state to be very familiar with your specific state laws.You also want to do a lookup of the firm's website to see if they showcase real estate on their website.

. - Reason why this fails in our industry is because its not done properly, I have the copy professionally written, and well designed & layed out by a graphic deisgner.Also I do not just postcards but as well as letters with handwritten envelopes. ( I dont know if I should do the letter in a handwritten font but thats another story)2d.
