Only issue is, they need to make the receipts touch zoom because the bar code is too small to zoom for scanning so returns desk has to manually enter receipt, still nice to have all my receipts in one place.

"Boots on the ground" cannot be substituted, however, when I am scanning HUDs, or REO's, etc., my "rule of thumb" for rehab is $30psf depending on price value of the property in ARV terms.

I always ask tenants for an email address.I enjoy having a trail to reference what was said and when.I also can easily take texts/emails while at work, but don't like phone calls because then everyone in the cube farm can hear me.I scan all my leases, so I email them a copy.
