@Jay - Every state has different regulations when it comes to shot sales, and I don't know about the West Coast but on the East Coast if you don't follow the laws they will shut you down.

I think of neighborhoods like rings on a tree, the rings further out get hit worse in a down turn as people move closer in to better neighborhoods that are more walkable to restaurants and good schools.
