I disagree in what you say that you don’t learn investing OOS I have learned a lot the most important skill I have learned is I can successfully plant my roots in any market.

And almost $300 at lowes on blinds, light fixtures, bulbs, cleaning supplies, mulch & some plants/flowers for landscaping and a few other odds and ends. 

This used to be a trailer court till it died of old age and didnt meet new water regs and septic issues.It is ADJOINING the city's water treatment plant.

Last person-from a pool to pond company who came a few weeks ago said it could be filled in so a buyer could remove the gravel if he wanted a pool, that he would leave it operational, after a few drain holes were drilled.I did consider a pond, but don't want fish, and no longer want the work of plants.

In this era of "victimhood" and "letting the gov't and other prople do it for me", meeting you reenforces my faith in the resiliency of this formerly great country.

Again, though, I'm not sure its a simple average.Of course there are MANY factors - size, beds, baths, style, garage, parking, alleyway, busy street, next to a sewer treatment plant, etc.

Unless you have been trained in a title plant AND have coverage by an insurer for your work OR you are an attorney familiar in title examinations and insured, but such coverage wouldn't cover you on your purchases anyway, you have no business attempting to do title examinations.What is said to be a title search is not or may not really be an examination of title!

this house is a few min from the kia plant being biult here in west point, so i think this market is about to explode in all kinds of volume!!

(a new development, unannounced insider-info plans for a company move, etc)Or in his case the sewage treatment plant in going in the NBHD and he is not willing to pay market rate because he sees this having a negative impact on values. 

So make sure there are other big companies or plants that employ people in that area.
