I am trying to find a reputable note company that will walk me through the entire process and also service the note.

It happens when the trades (plumbers, electricians, etc.) are pulling the actual work permits. 

Find a good plumber a good attorney a good handyman in the same town as the property .

If my local network is strong, and I build a reputation of respect and kindness, that's what I'm aiming for.

You put your Marketing Monies into this area to build your reputation in this area.

Have a main stock line - sewage - leaking in my property, need a plumber that can inspect it w snake / video and fix it without breaking walls. 

We put bathrooms in there and it was a real challenge to core drill for the plumber

Be prepared to pay $75 to an electrician to flip a tripped breaker or change a ceiling light bulb, $75 to a plumber to change a flapper in a toilet or a cartridge in a faucet, $750 to replace a hot water tank, fridge, washer/dryer, $100 to a cable/internet tech to unplug and plug in a modem, the list goes on.

He seems nice but I've never worked with him before and don't know his company or reputation.
