When the cat leaves, the mice will play".Most folks that invest out of state are cat's that are never present.So the realtors, contractors and property manager (The mice), are always playing and making a fortune doing so.You really need to spend a lot of time in establishing the right relationships in order to make it work from afar.Picking a market, visiting it regularly and immersing yourself in it non stop.Having family can also help but I decided a long time ago to not mix business with family and friends as it can get heart breaking when things don't turn out well.Wishing you much success

home depot and lowes is a great way to start . amazon is awesome from small to large items and sometimes have sales . some of the contractors you work with will also be able to source materials from their established relationships of suppliers .

So, I called my coach and he got super defensive and was threatening that he was recording the call and was going to send his lawyers after me if I involved his name.It just seems like it’s been one thing after the next, I recently spoke with another group of students that had an accepted offer and Ryan and Tyler and their partners backed out on that deal as well possibly ruining a broker relationship for their students.
