While @Caleb Heimsoth is spot on that you can avoid PMI by putting down 20%, and that's an admirable approach, I wanted to add a few thoughts.First, make sure you calculate the cash-on-cash return/yield on every property, not just make sure that the raw cash flow meets your minimum requirements.

If I had the raw numbers of 1 and 2 I could calculate the p myself, I'm trying to get the p to use in EMV and to a lesser extent, utility function calculations.Heck if there were raw data with multiple categorical and numerical variables I would conduct multiple regression analysis.
