During the week - 3:30 am - wake up  (and do all the wake up stuff)...drink my morning shake (breakfast)~ 4:20 am - stop at post office & pickup company mail from the PO Box~4:30 am - arrive at gym...spend 30 minutes reading5:00 am - gym opens.

I would mention here that a typical condo or single family does not qualify for the Act 60 TOURISM tax credit (which gives you up to 40% back)  - the project needs to meet certain qualifications as a guest house, hotel, villas or bed & breakfast - it can be as little as 3 rooms.

A lot of people - a whole lot - that come to this are are price conscious, especially since they tend to spend most of the day gone at the parks and don't really use the home much other than eating breakfast and sleeping (at least my guests).
