You could also offer to take investors out to breakfast or lunch and talk to them in more detail.

Look for a local real estate investing club in your area and take a deed buyer out to breakfast or lunch (that means you pay for it - sorry if that seems obvious but I had a person ask me to lunch recently to give them advice and answer their questions about online lien buying and they asked for separate checks when the bill came.

I want take them to school after making them breakfast and be there to pick them up after, attend the school plays, be active in there school as a substitute, know their friends and their friends parents, travel in the summers, etc...I want to work from home like you do but that isn't possible in my current job.

I also really loved how dog friendly it is and all of the dog-related clubs and sports like Shasta Dogs and the dog competitions where they jump off the docks into the water and I love the downtown Rodeo breakfast.
