I'm currently biased towards Indianapolis based on its job growth and affordability, but you could honestly find deals in any of the markets you mentioned (and if your heart is set on the Atlanta metro area, I'd strongly suggest the towns Union City and Fairburn based on their growth, appreciation, and price -- I almost closed on a good BRRRR deal in Fairburn but the rehab was just out of my budget).

Based on my experience and in my opinion, I cannot recommend ABC Baltimore, Maverick Investor Group or Hipster Investments.The investment was a BRRR purchase in Baltimore where we would pay $106,000; $46,000 for the property + $60000 for a full rehab that was going to be completed in 120 days.

The numbers don't make sense to me, based on their descriptions.The most dubious is "First page search impression rate"Airbnb defines it as the percentage of time your listing shows up in the top 10 results when a guest searches for a location/date.I have 30 listings in a market with 20,000+ homes available, and they all have a "First page search impression rate" of 40-60%.
