There is a good amount, but not enough to meet demand...lower price points continue to move quickly and has seen steady price increases YOY.Also worth noting, Rentals are in high demand, keeping pressure on entry level prices.

I do have realtor that is very professional in the area... but I'm getting pressure for "normal sell"... that is why I asked for help I sure do think that OF should be a Win Win... right?

@Leon Lai: we're guessing your current PM is not a full-time PM and is probably more focused on selling real estate, than saving PM clients money.And yes the big companies like Wallside want to do their sales pitch and pressure you into signing a contract right then and there.

Fed rate drop was to combat the stock market fallout from coronavirus, and because of heavy pressure from the president... who is in an election year, who's strong economy will help him get re-elected. there is a lot of incentive right now for rates to stay low. just my personal opinion :) we'll see. interesting times, though.

Older people are moving into urban areas, younger people are moving into urban areas and the immediate surrounding suburbs.So while pricing is overly high, I also don't see the dynamics of what people want changing, which will keep strong pressures on house pricing.

If you love the house, make them get the CO before closing and don't feel pressured to move in with a temp just because you want to close and move.
