Intuitively, people think that not having a mortgage payment is safer.

As a software developer, I met some Intuit people at a recent conference, and they admitted (very off the record) that Mint is an afterthought at Intuit.

1) Ignorance2) Higher costs of capital (interest rates)3) Variable costs of capital (ARMs)The residential market makes intuitive sense to me and I can derisk my investment by locking in a fixed cost of capital.

I've been collecting rents for 10+ years and I find Cozy.co very intuitive and user friendly.

Do all your due diligence and develop an intuitive sense about people and how they will perform.  

Under that idea, it seems counter-intuitive to take the conversation off line.

For some it is much more intuitive to gain an edge in private real estate.

Most local turnkey providers can only provide so much and often it's a leap of faith on behalf of the buyer based on their conversations, own research, intuition and feedback they receive from the TKP.

I don't think my lovely brothers or boyfriend would put the touches i put on things in such an instinctive/intuitive way.
