This means you don't have to rescind the offer if you're no longer interested.In the future, you'll likely find that a written/signed offer will get you more consistent responses...sellers often feel the need to respond (one way or the other) to formal offers versus "feeler" offers...

I was starting to worry, a little, but if you are a CPA then you have formal training in basic legal issues and advanced in accounting.....so, and even if you are so young (LOL) you realize that you have a professional reputation to safeguard and your RE business can certainly bleed over to your other profession.
