(accidentally posted in general) So I would like to generate as much feedback as I can on this and I sincerely apologize if a lot of this has been covered in earlier posts.

I don't ever apologize for our fees, people say owners will be more selective than a pm, well that's not legal and it will end up costing more in the long run in lawsuits.

My goal is to own rental properties and I've thought through many options including flipping houses to make additional cash to put toward rentals or even wholesaling to do the same however through reading I'm realizing that both house flipping and wholesaling is a full time job/actual career in their own right and I really want to be in the business of buy and hold investment properties.Anyhow, I apologize for the long post or if these are dumb beginner questions to be asking.
