I'm not sure how fast you want to scale, but I see that as a feasible alternative if you don't want to go through the process of either BRRRing or the fix and flip. 

If you're a DIY landlord and haven't started the process yet after 4 months, you are way behind the curve already.

In my experience when buying older houses, there are always something needed to be rent ready.If your ARV can support it, I would look into BRRRRing it and take care of the CapEx items during the process.

I believe a web site would be able to consolidate the outside listings and some of the recruiting and marketing processes so I see that there would be some time savings for us, but how much and is it worth the costs?
