I believe most of your properties were in the 39204 zip which is more problematic. well actually the majority of our properties were south Of McDowell and between Cooper although we had a fair amount between 20 and Mcdowell as well.. that whole area from 20 . we owned over 200 homes there.

Calculator only favors 1 person in my experience... only way to be fair is price check the materials and look at labor numbers basically kinda gotta train yourself to be a gc calculate it on your own and shop gcs till one fits your #
