Yep, lots of enormous lots - which at first I thought - yikes, lots of fencing to repair, huge landscaping to deal with, possibly lots of sidewalk to be liable for, etc.

By the way, this method of REI is done successfully by an enormous number if investors.There's no "house of cards", it has nothing even remotely close that could compare to a "pyramid scheme".So one more time I ask you, "what specifically when wrong"?

Also, since a developer out there just turned an enormous amount of previously spongy, wooded land, with lots of tall absorbent grasses into a big fancy neighborhood, I suspect the flood danger has increased for the whole area and it will likely flood worse than before.

But I agree that $20k is not an enormous sum and I will still need to strap together more funds from other sources.
