The neighbor is an elderly lady who might be slipping gears or just is not going to tell us who her insurance is.

This elderly lady wants to sell me her house too expensive to wholesale and the house needs little rehab.

I work as a Hospice and Palliative Registered Nurse and have been to a lot of Residential Assisted Living Facilities in our community and I recognized that there is a huge need for facilities that can provide outstanding quality of care to our elderly population, hence the investment for a RAL.

Was second home for many of us,  a lot were elderly,  just not on top of things.  

Longer explanation: I've been in contact with someone at an attorneys office who is appointed by the courts to look after peoples estates that are no longer able to themselves and have no heirs (mentally ill, elderly, etc) We take a look at this property that has literal holes in the roof.

If the seller is a minority, disabled, elderly, doesn't speak english as a first language or is a veteran you will not only have the probability of losing your case no matter what was signed (that you even have a valid agreement has to be decided by the judge in the first place) but you are likely to be fined even if you did everything right.

Second, refi out of the reverse mortgage and get a standard 30 year fixed mortgage, rates are at or close to record lows and most reverse mortgages in my opinion are bad, bordering taking advantage of the elderly in some cases.

I have 18 years of elder care behind me so know very well what that entails.
