It's important to remember that once entrenched in business, you will be providing personal information to others.It's unavoidable.The organic approach of site = my name certainly eliminates the need to "brand correct " by introducing a new name.

You could organize your own group pretty easily.

At its heart it shows a few things that I think are pretty important:1) the counter-NAR/MLS culture is trying to get organized and strike in the right place -- Congress2) NAR lobbyists are all over the subcommittee already, they see this type of hearing as a direct attack on their bread and butter; their presence is directly reflected in the comments of the congressmen3) If you're looking for future trends, here they are; the writing is on the wall.

But, I think the best referrals are ones made organically by happy tenants, without any incentives.

The different MLS systems are operated by the local REALTOR (r) organizations.

It looks well organized and concise.

The unit owner merely has to enroll the unit for a yearly period, however they may still use the unit for 1 month within the calendar year with notice….The Lancaster Suites will operate as a Private Hotel and will source clientele from Travel Agencies, Advertising, Local Chambers of Commerce, Business Establishments and other prominent organizations in the Ortigas Center area etc as would any other Hotel in Manila…….The Lancaster rental pool will operate on a "Co-operative" basis.
