If it's interesting dishes, then you could maybe make an offer to the owner for you buying a 'gift card' for monthly dinner for two for a year - that's 24 meals and add that the buyer will get 1 year of monthly dinner.

Well over the years we have really never been big fans of buying products or gifts during Black Friday especially because the crazy traffic and of course being super lazy after Thxgiving dinner. 

Pretty much uncle sam is not going to risk its neck out for properties or condos.When looking at a property, I think about: can I cook my dinner inside the property starting from day 1?
