Or they think the NAR and MLS run the industry, and their 'brokerage' (and by extension, they...) are to "report all earnings," and somehow a PROSPECT (vs. a CLIENT) is somehow "brokerage property."

If your tenant moves out on the 30th, and you take 3 days to clean and paint, then your prospective tenant has paid for a month in his previous place and won't move until the first of the next month.
