I went to the house on Thanksgiving, before we ate dinner (to make sure there was heat/electricity and the water was off) and there were all these weird "break-up" messages to each other on the mirrors with lipstick, written on notes stuck in dressers, etc.

The reason for selling so low is that they don't need much and don't want much (simple life), and they want to be able to pass something on to a family member that has the ability to turn it around and host thanksgiving dinners from now on haha.Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Sat down with the usual old farts/crazy uncles at the family TG dinner.

can you imagine being at a dinner table and try to scooch back your chair??? 

There's an established place across the street and you aren't far from the KTH factory so maybe anotherrestaurant owner could make a go of it on lunches and dinners.
