You have to choose to either really love the business....breath it, eat it, drink, and sleep it.

This is a deep issue especially when they are always talking about some other country having a "state-run" tv and radio etc.

You do need to have some revolving or installment credit accounts on your record (no credit = not great credit score).You might have better luck posting this under the mortgage section b/c they're always neck deep in credit reporting.

Above all, take a deep breath and try not to go insane when you have to listen to some of the BS that comes out of the mouths of some of these tenants.

Please excuse me if this sounds silly or a liittle off the deep end or maybe i'm living in a dream world but I think it's being done everyday.

Then plan a way to generate or buy the required leads i.e. phone duty, open houses, running adds, bandit signs, flyer drops, cold calling fsbos, handing out cards to everyone you meet ect.....Then eat, sleep and breath real estate and you should hit your goal.
