It used to be we would check Craigslist on Saturday mornings shocked at the poor quality of some of the dark drab photos we have seen on there "showcasing" the rentals.

I try to make floors and cabinets vary a lot in color. ie, dark floor with white cabinets, lighter floor with darker cabinets.

Not sure why it was up so much this past week, seems like major smoke and mirrors.  

I think most of this is a bunch of blown smoke and will result in nothing.

Walls are yellow from smoke , grease all over oven . ( trash it ) I set off 6 bug bombs , tomorrow I will bleach the entire house and set up a heater to get the building hot enough to kill the bed bugs .  

No hot water, stove not working, no heat, broken windows, door locks not working, loose railing, no lighting in common areas, garbage not in dumpster, no smoke/co2 detectors, etc. anyway that has been our experience. 

Before, he was smoking Pot in San Diego and tried to run for Mayor but got busted for Pot and the good folks of San Diego couldn't let a Pot head be Mayor lol) times are changing!!

I'm referring to smoking detection.

I've called Birmingham's Housing Authority at least five times last week and I either didn't get an answer or they tell me they don't know...I think any landlord can rent section 8 but the property has to have certain requirements like running water, hard wired smoke alarms, flush toilets and a roof that isnt collapsing.

Without more details, any answers are going to be "shots in the dark".
