I am a recovering expertise Monetization Strategist (digital content/products, books and programs)- got a corporate job while I figured things out and now that I realized Real Estate is my thing - will keep said job - while I get my first few deals under my belt and get my RE biz going.

And yes, I have a base understanding of how to value self-storage; thank you to BiggerPockets content and networking through others that have been successful in this space in my area.
