If values have increased steadily over the past 200 years at what point do you decide enough is enough or is accumulation of perceived net worth your only goal.For myself speculation on appreciation is not a consideration however I do understand it in markets such as yours keeping in mind that although it may continue indefinably economic collapses, minor dips, are inevitable.
