I was never made aware that anyone had a family member pass and if anything I was always understanding to any type of family emergencies, power outtages, etc that happened on numerous occasions.

Overall, both cleaned up their lives and pasts, both were in construction unions in NYC and made great salaries doing so to cover rent, always kept their apartment clean and around the property maintained when wasn’t even in their lease.

Cleaning fees are a pass through from the guest, so you would be receiving the payment from the guest within a short time after check-in and then you can directly pay the cleaner with the cleaning fee you received.
