Renovating a house is really messy but if you get the right contractor it would definitely take the burden off.Renovations also take a lot of time, and that is why I am advising you to stay calm during the process a lot of things will really bother you and annoy you. so another thing is you should know how to stay calm and patient.  

You have to make sure to have a promote/waterfall in there or else people will judge you for not being sophisticated.

If the floors haven't calmed down by now they are warped and will need replacing.

Is the dog well mannered, trained, full of energy or calm, does the dog owner provide the animal with enough exercise daily. 

My husband calmly talked him through why it isn't the best idea because of this, that and that other thing.
