Hello,I am new to real estate investing and looking into multi family properties in the Buffalo, NY area.

Hey guys, I live in Buffalo NY and i'm looking to get into wholesaling.

In my market (Buffalo/ Rochester, NY), hard money lenders are charging 12% + 3.00 Points.

With that being said I was in Buffalo, Ny looking for deals in 2013.

West Michigan REIA meets second Monday of each month at 6pm at Buffalo Wild Wings on 44th St in GR - great networking group, haves and wants, sometimes they have a speaker.

But if that main market (for some reason I'm thinking about Buffalo, NY which has lost a massive percentage) isn't growing I don't know that I'd be running to invest it's a 2,000 population suburb or a sururb...

Im curious why there are no BP meetups in the western Ny area. I think they would go over big in this area. if there are any upcoming please let it be soon.Thanks 

You can see similar situations in other places in the U.S. as well (easy example: Buffalo, NY).

I saw couple of properties in Buffalo, NY on the cheap - but I'm unsure of the rental market/the ability for me to manage it personally unless I go through a management company.
