Many LOs try to force SE borrowers in to conventional because they don't know how to work a DSCR.Cheers!

@Jorge A Amaya We like to focus on Raytown, Grandview, Lee's Summit, Belton, SE Kansas City, areas of Independence, and neighborhoods north of the river. 

If you at truly limited, the income that gets to you is not self employment  income and is not subject to SE taxes. 

@Charlie Moore I don't know anyone local to you, but will tell you that with flips you will owe SE tax on the profits as well as regular income tax so be prepared for that.
