Frankly I'm just annoyed by this guy and how he's been trying to screw me as much as possible in this deal because he's friends with the previous owner.

It is annoying having it tied up so long only for the bank to come back w/ a ridiculous counter.

Normally I'm really annoyed when anyone brings up this rule, but Halukcan you are actually thinking of it how it should be thought of- as a guideline.

This was a bit annoying but not too much as the turnkey operator stayed in good communication, so expectations, while needing to be revised often, were basically met.

I did not see an address for the PR or executor, but I do plan on going back to either find it on the computer or in the physical record.The other annoying thing about the record is that there was no easy way to sort by town, you just got a big "list" that you had to drill into in order to get the info.

Well that sounds a frustrating and annoying for sure.

And tons of things went haywire with my rental and other stuff (b/c everything bad, annoying, costly and "time-suck-ish" needs to happen at the same time).

If they complain or ask "can this be fixed, can that be cleaned first, etc." they very well might be annoying.

It's annoying but these are people that have paid the rent every month for years and just pay the $50 late fee every month.

It's really really annoying.
