Korea (pros/cons) - where I currently live so easier/more tangible to research, manage properties- while my Korean is ok, and I can utilize translation tools etc, bilingual agents, the language barrier would remain a challenge when it comes to navigating the Korean real estate world- tax, mortgage, etc complexitiesUSA (pros/cons)- much easier to understand as my native country, but at the same time as I havent lived in the US for several years, behind on market trends, etc.

I'm a Florida native and have most of my real estate experience there, but I am now living in Tucson and interested in learning more about this market.  

As a New Jersey native and real estate investor, myself, I'd love to speak with you sometime about it!

This is obviously a non-native English speaker so I don't want to just discount him because he's not understanding the listing due to a language barrier, but I also don't want to waste a bunch of time communicating with a bot or giving information to a scammer so he can spoof my listing.

Hey @Jordan P Radke, I'm a Pacific Northwest native that has been investing in WA since 2007, but when the market shifted in 2016 I started building investment teams in other cities (and in Eastern WA) to diversify and get more cash flow.

The only other example I can think of is the town of Salamanca, NY where I believe the land is owned by a Native American tribe and leased to the owners of the houses.
