We just had the Hard Rock sign a contract to open a new hotel on Indian land right in the area, and we have been attracting the likes of Amazon, Target, Walmart, Etc. for the distribution side of the equation.  2) Small commercial, in my opinion, is going to be a little rough in the future. 

I lived in New Mexico for a number of years and can appreciate your sentiments—I love adobe homes but it’s easy to overdose on them in communities where the prevailing aesthetics (and zoning) lead even McDonalds and Wal-Mart to adapt and appropriate the style (but, at the very least, these are still major improvements over their traditional facades).

You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore, and Rosie O’Donnell (You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them) …We’ll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart, and Wall Street.

I rented the property to a mid-level executive at WalMart headquarters 4 years ago and they have paid like clockwork every month.

I would buy some aspirin and go back to working at Walmart. 

You see that with a new Costco, Kroger, Wal-mart being built that provides gas stations in the parking lots.

Maybe the left doesn't go to the gas station, Walmart, restaurants, banks, or other public places where crimes occur.

If they look like they shop at WalMart, JC Penny's or Brooks Brothers..match that and you should be worry free.
