I'm seeing that a lot of banks and credit unions require minimum 6 months seasoning before cash out/refi. 

some credit unions will do 100%, but at a high enough rate to cover their exposure. how did fha close it with a bad roof?

I can do a special military loan right now at 100%,  4% interest so things are different with everyone. 

One was done through Meredith Village, and the other was done with Granite State Credit Union.

I don't know why you're having a difficult time finding a bank to do a refinance for your investments.This is a very common and typical practice so I would suggest calling a few more banks or credit unions.

Looks like the military is putting serious faith in Austin as a tech incubator.

@Ozie Jackson  Have you tried any local banks / credit unions in your area?

Your own local credit union or community bank may do it easier, or cheaper with relationship.
