Suburbs are getting more interesting and further from the city are no lack of bproughs and towns with charm and renewed interest due to Covid.

The owner statement would look different compared to their GL report due to suppressed fees and such so that's why it doesn't make much sense. 

When I listed it to sell, I included photos of old door knobs, lead glass windows, crown moldings etc which is what I look for in an investment property in Milwaukee, the old world charm with contemporary kitchen upgrades sets the unit apart from other rentals, because of this and the size of these units 1800 SQFT each, we were able to increase the rents significantly.

Yet they do have some charming features, too.Keep looking, learning, and running the numbers... you will figure out what interests you that you can turn into a profitable investment.Best to you,Sherry
