If A, B, and C are joint tenants and C dies, A and B remain joint tenants and hold title to the property.

The area is a A-B neighborhood, based on a 10 cap the price seems reasonable (comes out to 7.6 cap as is), the rents are a little low for 2 and 3 bedrooms but the kitchens and baths need updating so there is room for forced appreciation.

In a B/C apartment that needs interior door slabs replaced.

All three houses were in a B class neighborhood. 

Thus, the equilibrium price that we expect, is (A' + B')/2, or the mean of the two prices.

@Don Womble Do you mean having your B-C transaction (the real funding) happening before your A-B close needs to be paid?
