You are entitled at the very least to get free copies of your reports annually from each of the major bureaus.I respectfully disagree with the person who said that disputing items with the credit bureaus is a complete waste of time.

Folks need to treat notes and deeds with a little more respect, they aren't a do all tool as a lien to protect non existent equity, secure future agreements or performance.

I'd probably interpret that to mean that a broker CANNOT legally create a full purchase-and-sale agreement without violating that ruling (just my interpretation).BUT, the court also went on to say the following:"A real estate broker may readily protect himself from a charge of unlawful practice of law by inserting in the document that it is subject to the approval of the respective attorneys for the parties."

I really can have no respect for anyone as an American, who would imply that an agency of government service professionals would attempt to act politically, just insane, there are probably as many repubs as dems in those agencies.
