Hello - is anyone else facing the issue of being unable to retrieve the tenant screen report?

Actually, it's been 14 written request and probably the same number of phone calls trying to get it. 

This is where we’ve got to pick up the phone and start calling.  

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

But once your property is ready to be listed, find a good property management software that has all the features you need - Listing Syndication, Tenant Screening, Lease Signing, Rent Collection, etc; and you should be able to have a much better work-life balance.

I screened Tenant B per usual, although they have the least rental history of anyone I've rented to and are getting a bit of the benefit of the doubt based on Tenant A having been good (plus they have a guarantor, the mother of both tenants).Tenant A is moving out half a month before their year-long lease ends.

His tone on the phone changed & he told me I was not qualified to say that & then he ended the call.The below summarizes the program & money they asked for, there were 3 levels of entry:30k gets you (12 private one on one calls with Peter Harris, 4 weekly calls supposedly as long as you are in the program) & there is also 20k & 10k entry points, each with less calls as described above.You split the profits with him 50/50 until you reach 1mil profit then supposedly they will pay you back the money you invested into the program. 

The key is understanding how to properly screen and also how to manage.

Once in awhile, some internal person makes a mistake and there is a slight delay.The bigger problem is screening S8 tenants to get one that pays THEIR part of the rent on time and takes decent care of the property.We just had eviction court today with a tenant not paying their rent portion AND deliberately causing damages, so their home failed the S8 inspection.
