One came up corporate .. worked for PG and eventually Nestle ( which owned Beringer  and wine world estates) he was the President of the company and also ran Stauffer for Nestle for a while Then bought wine world from Nestle and then took it public and sold it for 1.5B ..

If it is a normal wining bid as to how you acquired the tax deed then you also  have other rights at the time.
