I tell those lenders to go spin and not interested.If you do 5 year fixed money in commercial the lenders can stress test a property at  a higher interest rate than you are getting.

After many conversations and much thought, they agreed to 'test' the waters and turn their home into a rental property.We have since transferred the property into an LLC (Assets protection), cash-out refi  and rehabbed the property.
