(As a former Marine Corps Infantryman I struggle with this alot) In the Marine Corps we worked really hard, but I will admit, we played even harder.

In fact, I recently sold a duplex to someone just out of the Marines in KC.  

I am 6 ft 200lb for US Marine and retired cop, and I carry most often when I go to show a property to a stranger. 

@Marielle Walter   Lake Co.. next county N. of Napa has reasonable priced lots and more sunshine than any of the bay area counties due to the mayacamas mtn. range keeping the marine layer at bay.

On the other hand, over 160 million Americans have chronic preexisting conditions that makes it more difficult for their immune systems to handle the disease like a young and healthy marine.

Closer to SF than Pittsburgh/ Antioch / Brentwood with multiple commute options - I-80, 24, 37-101 Marin, ferry.Stockton was too far of a commute.
