I had one bad instance early on, but AirBnB paid me out on it, but have been clear in my messaging...have ring cameras at all entrances (and make sure this is clear in the listing) and then let my guests enjoy themselves.

So the steps I recommend to do this would be to talk to a few lenders first, get an idea of what their process is and see who you enjoy working with, look for your investment properties, and get back to the lenders so they can appraise and approve/disapprove the loan.

I don't care about the politics where I invest but I DO care about the laws and regulations in place and the trends projected for them.I have really enjoyed operating in Virginia due to it's relatively landlord favored laws.
