Are there any recommendations from anyone who have found certain news sites or data sources to extract data from that has helped them understand the current market landscape in their target area?

However I found that many buildings also had restrictions on MTR such as limiting number of units that can be rented in the building or even requiring HOA Board approval of potential renters.    

I personally go out of my way to be easily found, particularly by brokers.

Yet I have found my first investment property that I am willing to make an offer on. 

I have found it very helpful to have their parents co-sign on the lease agreement too.Rent by the room house hacking is not sexy if people do not "get it".

What we've found (our opinion):Virtual Assistant (VA): great for task-based work, but they won't care about your company, clients, etc.Remote Team Member (RTM): COVID allowed many to work from home.

(Honest question)I’ve found the opposite in my investing.
