One QB Desktop license appears to allow multiple businesses (have not yet seen if there is a limit to how many), but it can only be run from a single computer.

I had this issue when comparing two valuations and also comparing it against Zillow/CoreLogic valuation.In CA, for a million houses, the desktop valuation software could have wild price swing as much as 250k.

It's not the best interface, but it allows you to send individual postcards for $0.63/pc, or you can blanket an entire area.

@Ryan Stevenson yes, you’re right, the areas you mentioned (College Hill/East Side/Fox Point) are known as “A” areas and are very high priced in this market.If you want to be close to colleges but not pay through the nose, you might want to look at areas around PC and RIC instead - though be careful, sometimes neighborhoods change rapidly and you can go from a B+ to a C very quickly (e.g., going south of Chalkstone toward Valley St).You can get a better price for properties in C areas, but you will pay for it in aggravation and management headaches.

that you can X out the property - so that it shows up differently on your list ... showing you that you've looked at it and you don't like it the UI allows you to seemlessly go between cell phone and PC ... and even operate the same account on many phones & PCs at the same time (allowing me and my wife to do searches at the same time)there's a comment section on the PC - so you can type in original prices and thoughts that you want to transfer that knowledge to YOUR FUTURE SELF (if the listing is pulled form the market) or TO YOUR SPOUSE.

Like the personal finance app Mint.com you can connect all accounts and ruin reports from expenses income etc..It looks like you can have multiple users, scan receipts from your phone app that will update automatically on the desktop platform, and it even lets you create/delete categories and account types.
