Reading your post it sounds like your leaning that direction already.You might find a used appliance store to do delivery and setup, but if your buying off Craig's List or Facebook Marketplace, you will have to acquire, deliver and setup, or get your handyman to do it for you.I'm not rich enough yet purchase new etc.

@Justin Polston not reimbursing me for paid utilities for tenant, slack communication (last communication spanned 12 days and then only responded because I copied a bunch of people in the office and noted that it's been 12 days without a response), lots of small assurances that fail to deliver (ie - I was charged errantly for landscaping I never requested, someone likely erred in my file making it recurring, they never reimbursed me, but promised to "take care of it" multiple times).I am definitely not a high maintenance type, and have been very patient, they seem to be less than attentive.

The daisy chains, the fakers, etc I am not looking to talk to those that have fake bulk tapes, I am looking to network with professionals who have real properties, would prefer local to Scottsdale, Az but willing to network with professionals who can deliver. I

@Brian Adams here's several ideas.First the crazy one... work with Amazon to establish a drone delivery site to service all surrounding buildings. 

That's done a lot here in Mississippi but it is not really a legal delivery unless someone over the age of 13 receives it. 

Pretty much, all education groups will teach you the exact same thing - how to make money in RE - its just the delivery that changes from group to group.

You have to expect most supply houses will be within a few dollars of each other in various categories on various items  - somewhere it balances out - its all expensive : ) You have to weigh much more than price, time, availability, delivery
