Just browsing, I found a what seems to be a pretty good deal on a duplex foreclosure in another state going for about 30K.

I have NO money- except for some IRA, which I don't want to pull from....I've been looking at Auction.com just browsing and decided to look at a property that caught my eye and was right down the street from where I was.....it was a little beat up, but seems like it could have potential...Has anyone bought from Auction.com  or auction in general? 

Therefore, I feel like just going all in and paying someone to teach me and if in the end I don’t make any money or decide it’s not my thing, then I can put it behind me and no longer have to wonder “what if” or be curious about another guru’s course.I’ve been lurking for a long time now in the real estate field, just learning by reading books, attending seminars, and browsing bigger pockets, even purchasing some courses and paying for classes but nothing major.

And by that I mean you cant browse Zillow every night looking for multi family in your market. 

I have been browsing through Trulia and Zillow but I am not sure whether these are good site and exactly what should I look for there.I hope you won't mind for my very basic questions!

Hi all,Browsed several posts in this section, but didn't quite get my query answered and would like up-to-date responses. 

I don't have a book I could recommend for marketing advice, most of what I've learned has just come from networking and asking what's working for other people in my area, or for the people in the groups I'm a part of.For sales books, I like "The Ultimate Sales Machine" by Chet Holmes and Jay Conrad Levinson, and then there are other books focused on specific sales styles.I'm sure there are a ton of other books people can recommend, and browsing the forums you can probably find a lot of other advice from similar questions.Hopefully that helps a little
