This morning I had to force myself to go eat breakfast because I was just reading blog after blog in bed!

I owned bed and breakfasts where I had total freedom and control of my work schedule and became burnt out and was not happy.

Also little things like making my own breakfast, lunch and dinner instead of eating out.

I have a protein shake for breakfast, chicken salad (with low fat mayo and mustard) for lunch, and whatever my wife cooks for dinner.

Then there is an RE investor breakfast meetup that I attend on the second Saturday of every month (next one tomorrow).
